- Are reservations accepted all year?
We do accept reservations September through May. Reservation are accepted in person or by phone 403.760.3933.
We are not able to take reservations on-line at this time. This feature is in the works..
We do not accept reservation in our peek season July and August. We do accept group bookings for 5 or more guests, during these months. Smaller groups are on a first come first serve basis.
- What are your peek times?
Peek times are between 6:30 to 8:00 pm, daily.
- Do you take walk-ins?
- Do you have a wait-list?
Yes! There are no guarantees, but tables open up all the time, we do our best to stagger tables, so the wait is as short as possible.
You can call or come in person to get on the wait list. During peak season July + August we have a wait list for all tables 4 or less, or anyone without a group booking. If there is a wait upon your arrival, we offer to take your name and number and we will call you when seating becomes available.
We are happy to be implementing an online wait list, this feature is coming soon!
- Can I change my reservation?
Absolutely. Just give us a call 403.760.3933, up to one hour prior to your reservation time, would be appreciated.
- I have dietary restrictions. What can you do for me?
Please give your server this knowledge when you sit down. We accommodate many restrictions. Vegan, Gluten Free, allergic to nuts … , no problem!
We have a legend on our menu to help you, and our staff work hard to accommodate your every need.
Serious allergies please call us at 403.760.3933 prior to dining with us and we would be happy to accommodate.
We take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, however, accidents and miscommunication, may happen. We encourage those with severe allergies to carry an Epipen, legal regulations do not allow us to have them on premise.

Yes, you must be over 18 years of age to consume and hold a valid, government issued ID.

Raw Cashew, Macadmian Nut + Coconut all made in Banff at our raw kitchen and service kitchen.
- Is your food organic? Where does your food come from?
Yes, whenever possible. Currently in summer, we grow organic herbs, spinach, assorted red and green lettuce, beans, kale, chives, tomatoes, + edible flowers in Banff, a short distance from the restaurant.

Organic products are extremely high in price and difficult to get in the mountains, especially in the winter, they also have a larger carbon foot print then we like, therefore, we are working towards raising the capital to set up a farm and grow all our own organic produce, year round, in greenhouses near by. We hope to have this fully operational by spring 2019.
- Do you have Raw selections?
Yes. We are happy to have an exclusively raw kitchen, separate, from the restaurant to avoid the possibility of cross contamination. We currently make raw dessert items, sauces, breads, cheeze, crackers + chips. Call ahead and we have the ability to make you a completely raw meal! We order supplies daily, most are used fresh, that day, we do require 24 hours notice for any special requests.
- Do you have take out?
Yes! Our food is all available to go. Payment is taken in advance, in person or with a credit card by phone.
- Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer delivery at this time. Some cab drivers in town will pick up and deliver for a small fee.
- Can i order on-line?
Nourish will have online ordering available soon.
- What is a gratuity?
A gratuity is something given voluntarily or beyond obligation, in the service industry. Quality service is customarily recognized with an 18% – 22% gratuity. If you feel your experience at Nourish could have been better, we would be grateful if you could let one of our lovely managers make this a reality for you, before you are finished dining with us. It is additionally customary in Banff, for establishments, to add a gratuity of 18% to parties with special requirements and groups. We do this at discretion.
